Jihane Moubarak
Business Associate General Manager
Jihane Moubarak is an expert in Talent Development and Organization Capability with more than 18 years of experience in HR management.
Jihane is certified in Leadership Development from Leadership Management International (LMI) and a master practitioner in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).
She is also member of John Maxwell’s Team of coaches, trainers and speakers. She is certified to deliver 6 leadership programs of John Maxwell.
She also held a variety of roles with Byblos Bank, including HR planning, competency-based recruitment, employee relations, Internal communication, and Head of Group talent development and organizational behaviour.
She created and developed “Byblos Way” training academy which consisted of four different schools (Banking Operations with a virtual branch for training, Leadership, Retail and Credit Risk).
She is passionate in the areas of Leadership Development, executive coaching and assessments. She handled several consultancy projects to establish new HR departments at several organizations.
She coached HR staff during the implementation of projects and ensured successful outcomes. She is expert in mapping and reengineering business processes for all types of industries. At present, she is the Managing Director at ODCC.

Jennifer Maalouf

Jennifer is an experienced project management and strategy consultant with over 14 years of global experience across the U.S., Middle East, and Europe. With a background in chemical engineering, she combines technical precision, business insight, and cross-cultural fluency to drive transformative outcomes.
Her career spans leading multi-billion-dollar infrastructure projects with Bechtel, spearheading government reform initiatives, and co-founding an international trade company. Jennifer is known for turning complexity into clarity through strategic planning, data-driven insights, and powerful tools like Power BI dashboards.
Jennifer’s expertise cuts across sectors—from oil & gas and mining to public sector modernization—earning the trust of global corporations and government entities alike. She holds a Six Sigma Yellow Belt and is a certified Engineer in Training (EIT) in Texas.
Also a published author of four books, Jennifer brings a rare blend of analytical rigor and human-centric leadership to every engagement. Whether mentoring future leaders, optimizing operations, or delivering executive trainings, she empowers individuals and organizations to thrive.

Wadih Maalouf

Wadih is an experienced engineer and strategic consultant with over 19 years of international experience in project management, business development, and technology advisory. He has successfully led high-value projects across the Middle East in sectors including retail, telecom, real estate, and blockchain technology.
Wadih’s expertise spans the full project lifecycle—from design and execution to post-delivery maintenance—delivering turnkey solutions tailored to client needs. He has held leadership roles in both startups and established firms, co-founding tech ventures and driving innovation at the Dubai Blockchain Center. His independent consulting work in Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, and the UAE includes operational planning, procurement strategies, and business growth advisory.
As Head of Projects and Business Development Manager, Wadih managed flagship rollouts for top-tier clients such as Zain and STC, overseeing everything from contractor coordination to CAPEX budgeting and risk management. His hands-on leadership ensured timely, high-quality results that met both client and regulatory standards.
Wadih is recognized for his ability to blend engineering precision with entrepreneurial insight. A member of the Order of Engineers, he is committed to sustainable growth, strategic innovation, and unlocking long-term value for organizations across industries.

Liliane Moubarak
Business Development Associate
Liliane is a dedicated and passionate professional with 14 years of experience in the banking sector. Over the years, she has worked in various roles, including e-banking operations, customer service, and project management.
This diverse experience has given her a deep understanding of how financial services can better serve customers, and she takes pride in finding innovative solutions to meet their needs.
For the past two years, Liliane has embraced a new challenge as a Program Manager at an NGO focused on disability inclusion. In this role, she has found her true calling.
She provides technical training for individuals with disabilities, helping them develop valuable skills that enhance their confidence and independence. Seeing her trainees succeed brings her immense joy and fulfillment.
Liliane is also passionate about educating companies and HR teams on the importance of inclusivity in the workplace. She believes that everyone deserves equal opportunities, and she actively works to create environments where individuals with disabilities can thrive.
